What started out as a 5 week scoping study for Main Roads WA in 2018 expanded into a 2½ year contract as a Senior Project Manager consultancy for the Matagarup Bridge Activities project – Climb and Zipline, has just recently concluded.
Working for Main Roads WA – IDD on this unique project included the procurement process to select the Commercial Operator and also the design, management and delivery of all the required infrastructure for the Bridge Climb and Zipline adventure activities.
It is great to see the Bridge Climb has been so well received by the WA locals since opening on Australia Day and the Zipline will likely be open to the public soon. Therefore once the borders are open following Covid19 the Matagarup Zip+Climb, Perth (www.zipclimb.com.au) will further enhance its growing reputation as THE iconic adventure activity in Perth.
